  • Can you tell me more about what the course will entail?

    You can attend the Office Hours which will be once a month on Thursdays, where Janki will answer some of the most common questions.

  • Would it be better if I have my VA start on the date of training?

    We recommend that you have them start at least a week before the training to get them acclimated to your systems, processes, and working styles. With all of that out of the way, they can focus completely on the training with Janki.

  • How soon can my VA start calling after the training?

    This depends on you and your VA. The training will be provided, it’s how they utilize and how consistently they apply the learnings is what will play an important role.

  • What kind of handbooks and learning tools will you provide?

    All of the material for the course will be provided on the learning academy site that you enrolled in.

  • How do I enroll in the courses?

    From the categories section, choose the course that best fits your needs, from there, click on the course you want to enroll in and proceed with the checkout page.

  • Can you tell us more about how you to use Chime?
